Dear all,
I have the honor of leading MORE’s team with its increased focus on markets and top customers, along with focus on MORE’s company culture. We have great products and services and a very compelling mission. Together we are inspiring discoveries that will change for being better.
Innovation and vision are core to how we do our business, in everything from our products to how we approach our customers and work among ourselves. We will continue to innovation and deliver the best offerings to our customers—instruments, software, consumables, chemistries and services that will please our customers and make you, our employees, incredibly proud of what you do.
Profession, focus and team work: I see these values as strong reminders of how we want to approach our work and our interactions with our customers. Anticipatory and responsive, focused on our priorities, dedicated to delivering on our commitments. Team work is the foundation for every decision we make at MORE.
We have an ambitious set of programs that will require energy, bandwidth and a very disciplined collaborative approach across organizational boundaries. Focusing on the strategic customers and solution selling.
